We are a husband and wife team who recognized a need in the greater St Paul area to help For Sale By Owner (FSBO) sellers and buyers. Unlike national FSBO sites/organizations, we live in the area. We have bought and sold several homes in the area, and we understand the market and the real estate concerns of those living in the east metro area.
