How To List Your Home

The listing price for basic package is $195. We accept payment by check or credit card.

You may list your home in one of two ways:  by mail or on-line.

Listing On-Line:

  1. Read What’s included in your listing.
  2. Optionally, review the services you wish to purchase from the Services Order Form.
  3. Read our Service Agreement.
  4. Set up an account.  (All subsequent steps will follow automatically from this step).
  5. Select the services you wish to purchase from the Services Order Form.
  6. Specify a telephone number for your yard sign.
  7. Select payment method (check or credit card).
  8. Create and edit your listing.  You will be automatically directed to the create/edit listing page.
  9. Call utility company in your area and have them mark underground utilities:  Minnesota Gopher State One: Call 800-252-1166 or Wisconsin Diggers Hotline: 800–242–8511
  10. Most signs are installed within three days provided the buried utility lines are marked. It is your responsibility to contact Diggers Hotline (WI) or Gopher State One Call (MN) to identify buried utility lines.  Notify us via email at info@fsboStPaulArea.com or call (651-249-1879) when the utilities are marked and you have a marker placed where you want the yard sign installed.

Listing by Mail:
  1. Read What’s included in your listing.
  2. Select the services you wish to purchase from the Services Order Form.
  3. Read our Service Agreement.
  4. Print and fill out the Services Order Form.
  5. Print and fill out the Homeowner’s Website Information Form.
  6. Take up to seven pictures and put them on a disk if digital or have them developed and printed.
  7. Call utility company in your area and have them mark underground utilities:  Minnesota Gopher State One: Call 800-252-1166 or Wisconsin Diggers Hotline: 800–242–8511
  8. Most signs are installed within three days provided the buried utility lines are marked.   9. Make out your check to “FSBO St. Paul Area ” ($195 for basic plus cost of optional services you’d like to purchase).
  10. Mail (no drop offs) your check, your pictures, your completed homeowner’s website information form to:
